Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered bso99 Account. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identity documents, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. bso99 employs technical and manual monitoring to detect duplicate Account activity. Upon detection, all duplicate Accounts will be closed and any balances, pending withdrawals, and bonus credits across all associated Accounts will be permanently forfeited.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bso99 will not be liable for any unauthorized access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to adequately protect their credentials. An Account is considered inactive after 12 consecutive months without any login activity. bso99 reserves the right to charge an administrative inactivity fee of ₱100 per month against the balance of any inactive Account, provided the Account balance is sufficient to cover such fee. Players will be notified by email prior to the imposition of inactivity fees. An Account with a zero balance that has been inactive for 24 months may be permanently closed.
bso99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). bso99 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts — the account holder name on the payment method must exactly match the name on the registered bso99 Account.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. bso99 reserves the right to revise minimum transaction thresholds with seven days' notice published on the Platform.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests that have passed KYC verification are typically processed within approximately five minutes of submission. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed during Philippine banking hours and are typically credited within the same banking day if submitted before 3:00 PM on a banking day. bso99 does not charge withdrawal fees on any supported payment method.
bso99 is subject to the requirements of Republic Act No. 9160, as amended (the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001), and its implementing regulations. bso99 is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bso99 and its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any loss of funds, data, revenue, or profits not directly caused by bso99's proven negligence; (c) any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services for reasons beyond bso99's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, government action, natural disasters, or acts of force majeure; or (d) any unauthorized third-party access to a Player's Account that results from the Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.
bso99's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
bso99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:
In the event of Account closure for cause, bso99 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all Account balances, bonus funds, and pending winnings. Where closure occurs for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct (for example, voluntary closure at the Player's request), any verified cash balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of all applicable KYC and AML checks.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bso99's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. bso99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to all registered Players via their registered email address and via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 14 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where regulatory requirements or emergency circumstances require immediate implementation. Continued use of the bso99 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms must close their Account before the effective date.
